So it was my pleasure to team up with Richard Williamson (Controller) and Stephen Knight (Organiser) to plan Saturday’s courses on Meelmore. Do you know, I really enjoyed myself. JK 2011 – Ten Year Anniversary

We are going all nostalgic and taking a look back at JK 2011. Yes that is ten years ago….. The largest event ever hosted here, the Jan Kjellstrom International Festival of Orienteering saw over 2,000 orienteers travel to NI for 4 days of the best we have to offer. A huge volunteer effort was led by our very own Harold White as Event Coordinator, along with a sizeable army of officials and helpers. All Levels Running Training on Wednesdays

Yes itโ€™s a thing! Restarts Wednesday 9th January. Meeting Malone RFC, ready to run at 7pm. Bring a headtorch and some trail shoes. We can go do some exploring ๐Ÿ™‚ Running Training is for All Levels. We jog together over to Orangefield Park. We warm up together, smile for the camera, complete the session at our own pace, jog home together, lots of stretching and all done by 8:15pm. Then a chance for a coffee or a cheeky schoolnight pint in the bar at the rugby club. See you there ๐Ÿ™‚
