hCOW Tables Updates

“Resources>OneDrive Public>hCOW>hCOW2022” The hCOW tables have been updated with the results from Tollymore. With 7 out of 12 events to count Moiré O’Sullivan looks to be in pole position, and Olivia Baxter and Kenny Weir make up the trio who are now able to drop their worst scores from the remaining events – incidentally Olivia and Kenny also compiled a full WEE Series set of scores. The event results are in “Event8.pdf”, the series positions are in “Series Table.pdf” and your handicap history is in “Handicap Table.pdf”. There’s also a further table “Regatta Table.pdf” which will run through the autumn’s Read More …

Colour Standards Updated

“Resources>OneDrive Public>Colour Standards>Colour Standards.pdf” The Colour Standards table has been updated with the Tollymore results. The new colour, Short Blue, has been introduced as lying, unless someone tells me otherwise, between Blue and Green in the colour standards hierarchy. Congratulations to Anastasia Mahlych and Henry Montgomery as being the first to achieve Short Blue status. Even if you weren’t at Tollymore you may find that your status has changed as all of the 2021 Spring events now fall outside the 12-month window within which your counting results must fall.

Final hCOW WEE tables available

Sorry for the delay but even your bated breath as you waited to see the results doesn’t trump a holiday in West Cork! You’ll find them at “Resources>OneDrive Public>hCOW>hCOW2022”. The Orangefield and Belvoir results are in WEE11.pdf and WEE12.pdf; the history of your handicap fluctuations is in WEE Series Handicaps.pdf (use that to review you performances, good or bad) and the overall scores are in WEE Series Table.pdf. Congratulations to Olivia Baxter who made a late surge through the rankings to come out on top with a winning performance at Belvoir.

WEE hCOW Tables Updated

They can be found at “Resources>OneDrive Public>hCOW>hCOW2022”. WEE10.pdf gives the on-the-night performance, WEE Series Table.pdf shows the present points totals and WEE Series Handicaps.pdf shows the history of your handicap movement. Stormont was a remarkable Baxter Family triumph, filling the first 3 places and Olivia’s series lead corresponds closely with her unwavering handicap – regularity indeed!

hCOW WEE tables updated

The results are in for Wednesday at Botanic and the hCOW calculations can be seen at “Resources>OneDrive Public>hCOW>hCOW2022”. The list of initiates in “WEE9.pdf” clearly shows that this was the first WEE since the end of the academic year. “WEE Series Table.pdf” shows the points scoring to date; those who have achieved 6 results come first with their score being their lowest 6 – if you don’t reach the asterisk section by the end of the month you can’t be crowned! “WEE Series Handicaps.pdf” shows the history of your handicap drift over the series so allows you to reflect on Read More …

hCOW WEE Tables Updated

At “Resources>OneDrive Public>hCOW>hCOW2022” you’ll find the hCOW results for Carnfunnock in “WEE7.pdf” showing things settling down with a variance of only 3secs/km. In “WEE Series Table.pdf” you’ll find your points score and your history of handicap variations. The table is organised in total points order (lowest first) with those having achieved 6 counting scores at the top of the list. This shows that, once again, Metronomic Mark (Pruzina) is leading the way. Please note that, with no WEE events appearing in any fixture list and no August WEE events resourced in the Volunteers list, it might be that the number Read More …

hCOW Tables Updated

The WESeries hCOW tables have been updated with the Antrim results. The can be found at “OneDrive Public>hCOW>hCOW2022” and are in “WEE6.pdf” and “WEE Series Table.pdf”. With 12 events slotted in (that’s from the volunteers’ list but not yet the fixture list) that means 11 are scoring so 6 to count; we’re getting close to discard time. The series table will then show those who have 6 counting results. You may have noticed that the course length used is greater than that on the control description. This is because the cd quotes the straight line length whereas hCOW uses the Read More …
