The final episode of the 2024 Club TrailO Champs takes place alongside NISeries6 at Glenariff next Saturday (for which entries close on Monday at 11p.m. – no entry fee for the TrailO). As previously it takes the form of a TempO cluster (6 kites, 6 decisions against the clock, time penalties for wrong decisions). Best of luck to LVO’s James Ewart who is travelling to East Anglia this weekend as part of the Irish squad to take part in this year’s Junior Home International (JHI) in the M14 class. The JHI is an annual competition between teams from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The JHI is always in the autumn and consists of an individual on the Saturday and a relay on Sunday. At the start of July the save the date went out to all possible victims (ahem, athletes) just before the Team Manager trotted off on her annual Lakes Wainwright bagging trip….and we were off on the annual VHI roller coaster……those being astute went for some World championship sprint training.
