Entries are open for our second WEE of the year, taking place in University of Ulster Jordanstown on Wednesday 15 May – All ages and abilities welcome, with courses available to suit everyone. Legend has it that the only way to guarantee a long and pleasant summer is to attend the WEE series 

James Ewart selected for Lagganlia 2024

A huge congratulations to LVO’s James Ewart for being only one of twenty-four athletes who have been selected to go to the JROS Lagganlia training camp this coming August 2024. The camp is for M/W14s through the UK who show considerable orienteering talent and who have met the required high standards at selection races. The camps develop all aspects of their orienteering skills; technical, physical, tactical and mental. The camps also have a strong social aspect, meaning that some of these orienteers will become lifelong friends. LVO M12s clinch IOC Relay Title at Strokestown

Rounding off a fantastic weekend of racing, LVO secured three podium spots at Monday’s Irish Orienteering Championships relays – our Junior 36 team took the title and first spot; and our Women Premier and Open Premier Teams fought hard to claim bronze medals in highly competitive fields.
