The NISeries tables, after 3 events, can be found at 1drv.ms/1v01Qgb Now you can identify your opposition at Meelmore. The Colours of Spring tables have now been added; congratulations to the LVO winners (winners names are highlighted in red).
After a blank date at Spring Cup 2 (I was deep in preparation for ITOC and was also event controller that day) IntrO is back at Donard with a 6 kite, 6 decision TempO cluster counting towards the club TempO Champs. The viewpoint is on the track leading to the FootO start so you’ve no excuse to bypass it without having a go and don’t forget that it’s free to enter. A couple of things to note. The individual maps will all be orientated in the same direction (centre of the cluster) and the map will be drawn to ISOM. Read More …
The 2015 AGM will take place on Saturday 23rd May after the Spring Cup 3 event which takes place in  Donard forest, Newcastle. Time 2.30 pm in the Newcastle Centre, central promenade. It’s your club. Come along and make your views known
Congratulations to all involved in staging the very successful IOC events over the weekend. It was a very ambitions programme in terms of the number of events and the new technologies to take on, with the weather on Saturday testing to the limits the spirits of all involved. I received today a lot of congratulations and thanks to be passed on to all of the LVO members. Also I would like to thank Robin Strain (ELO) who made a very valuable contribution to the production of results. Well done everyone Harold
If you’re looking for something to do on Sunday afternoon after your relay exertions why not come along to Aberdelghy Golf Course and enter the Irish TrailO Champs? Entry-on-the-day still leaves you eligible to become Champion – all you have to do is beat the others! You can also measure up to the many British TrailO Squad members who are coming across as this is a BOF Ranking Event for TrailO.
With emphasis on the IOC weekend, there has not been an opportunity to set up an IntrO event alongside SC2 at Stormont. The next TrailO event, counting towards the Club PreO Champs, will be the Irish TrailO Champs on Sunday 3rd May at Aberdelghy Golf Course. It provides an excellent opportunity to accumulate big points (21 controls) in one go; you can still get an entry in via the IOC website (preferable) or turn up for entry-on-the-day (if there are sufficient maps left).
The results and standings from the TempO cluster at Divis can be viewed in the IntrO folder at http://1drv.ms/1yIVw0n Thanks to all who were brave enough to stand still in the gale force wind! It took me three attempts to get the kites to stay on the canes!
The IntrO activity will be a TempO cluster of 5 kites and 6 decisions, counting towards the TempO Championship. Don’t worry if you’ve missed the previous events, your performance tomorrow will be used to give you a retrospective score for those. The TempO viewpoint is right beside the FootO start boxes so you’ve no excuse for not trying, and it’s FREE!
The IOC is now only 4 weeks away. Â It’s time to get your entry in and volunteer to assist on the day. Â We still need more help at all of the events but especially on Monday 4th May. Â Let me know at the Divis Event on Saturday or email me at annsavage@ballyhayroad.co.uk Many thanks Ann
