On Saturday 9th August, Lagan Valley Orienteers is hosting The Original Mourne Seven Sevens Challenge Walk and Race – our biggest fundraiser of the year. As you may know, the Seven Sevens is no ordinary challenge – it’s an 18-mile trek across all seven Mourne peaks over 700 metres, with over 2,500 metres of climbing. Alongside the walkers, we team up with BARF to host the 7x7s Mountain Race, a highlight of the NI Mountain Running Championships.
