🧭 We are returning to Carrickfergus for an urban run on the same map as we did for the UK Urban League event last May.

⏰ 7.15pm registration/briefing for a 7.30pm Start
📍 Meeting in Ownies Bar (Garden Room – downstairs at back) which is across the road from Marine Gardens and the Joymount Car Park. Toilets and refreshments available ay Ownies.
📲 We will be using the MapRun app. If you haven’t done so already, please download the MapRun app onto your phone or Garmain watch and fill in your details before you arrive. However, if you have difficulties with this don’t worry, we can sort it. Make sure your phone is well charged.
🔦 Bring a head torch, compass and Hi-viz clothing. (Head torches and compasses can be lent out).
💰 Entry is free for members, £3 for non-members.
❗ Note: U16s need to be accompanied on the course by an adult.
