The colour standards table “STANDINGS>Colour Standards>Colour Standards.pdf” shows changes against some folk who didn’t achieve a standard at Meelmore as last year’s Florencecourt event drops out of the 12-month window.
The updated hCOW tables are at “STANDINGS>hCow>hCOW2023”. “Event7Meelmore.pdf” shows how the points spread out from Aileen McCarron’s position at the middle of the sorted list, showing an event variance of 1min52secs (exactly the same as Gortalughany) and showing that the going was difficult on the slopes of the Mournes. “hCOW Table.pdf” show the current regularity standings, with Heather Cairns being the first to achieve the mandatory 7 results and therefore going into discard mode. “Handicap Table.pdf” shows how your handicap has varied through the year and can be used in conjunction with Winsplits to review your performances. “Regatta Table.pdf” shows the points scored for improving on handicap – there’s no discards here as a null result (dns or dnf) garners you points one greater than the last on-the-day scorer.
