đź‘ŹWell done and thank you to NorthWest Orienteering Club for hosting a fantastic NI Long Distance Championship at Carntogher yesterday. It was fantastic running on great courses in new terrain, with a new map. Super event overall enjoyed by us all!

🤔It is a good learning experience to reflect on how our own race went – some advice, we often dwell on where we go wrong but it is of equal or more importance to focus on what we did right and aim to this more consistently.
