WEST 2 Coaching 14th Sep 22 Lady Dixon Park
Last week’s WEST drew 29 supporters, a mix of seniors and juniors, advanced and novice, confident and the totally boggled! Olivia’s control description exercise provided a useful (and necessary it would seem) reminder about the value and importance of reading, understanding and remembering all the detail in a control description. This week in Lady Dixon Park we will work on developing all those skills. In order to make best use of the light we aim to start at 6.30pm from the top car park. The whole session should last about an hour, including a warm up and cool down.
The coaching is free to club members and non-members are most welcome (please bring Ā£3 to cover map printing and equipment costs). So that the right number of maps are prepared please let Philip know by Wednesday lunchtime if you are coming (treasurer@niorientering.org.uk)
