Running training is ON! tonight 🙂Ready to depart Malone RFC at 7pm, and we’ll be back again by 8:15pm.
We’ll be running hill reps, always at your own pace. You have the option of grass or hard surface – if you’re going the grassy way, it’s sloppy underfoot; wear grippy footwear.
