Taking place on the last Sunday of the month, LVO invites you to Running Wild, a chance for like-minded families to learn about orienteering together and find out about how to get involved in our exciting club and sport. Sessions are for children in Primary 4 and above. If children are younger, please get in contact with us (email chair@lvo.org.uk) to find out other exciting orienteering opportunities for them. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the coaching, up to a maximum of four children per adult. This is not a drop-off service! Separate adult coaching is possible, depending on demand. |

Hello
We are active adults interested in finding out if orienteering is for us. Could you please let us know if you plan to hold any adult coaching events?
Thanks very much
Richard and Stella
Hi Richard and Stella,
Thanks for getting in touch! The best way to find out if orienteering is for you is to go to an event. The next one up is in Glenariff Forest on Saturday 19 October. Full details can be found here: https://lvo.org.uk/allfixtures/ni-colour-series-6-glenariff-forest-park/ . Entries close this coming Monday. If you are new, a yellow or orange course would have the easiest navigation.
If you’re interested in adult coaching, you can come to one of our monthly Club Meets. The next one will be Tyrella on 9 November. Registration will be open soon: https://lvo.org.uk/allfixtures/club-meet-nov-24-tyrella/
Hope that helps – will be great to see you out orienteering soon!
