LVO Social and Indoor O Ballyclare!
Final Info and Instructions
Indoor O – Starts are advertised from 5.30-6.30pm. There are no individual start times or windows but don’t all turn up late on as we need to get things wrapped up in time for the dinner – courses close at 7pm.
We are hoping to be set up for about 5pm, so feel free to come and have an earlier run and be less rushed for dinner.
Those pre entered with your own dibbers can go directly to clear/start. Those without dibbers, please collect at registration/download.
The school has some Carparking and you can also park in the adjacent streets.
We hope to have the Junior refreshment stall set up again, so please bring some loose cash for a donation.
There will also be a kit stall for you to look at our club tops. The order is planned to go in early next week, so don’t miss out.
Dinner – as usual this has been very popular and we are booked out. We are to be at the Brother’s restaurant for 7.30pm (its only a couple of minutes up the road from the school). The restaurant is situated in the upstairs of the 5 Corners Guesthouse.
There is good Carparking behind the guesthouse. There is also a bar downstairs to relax in if you arrive early.
If you can’t remember what you ordered, there will be some print outs to remind you. Please note, any drinks or additional sides you order are not included, you will have to pay for these individually.

👨🏫 Ballyclare High School – 31 Rashee Rd, Ballyclare, BT39 9HJ
⏰Starts 5.30-6.30pm. Courses close at 7pm.
🗺 There are 2 courses on offer: Hard (3.2km, 65m climb, 19 controls) and Easier (1.3km, 20m climb, 13 controls), distances and climb by the optimal routes of course!
On arrival at the school, park in the carpark off the main Rashee Road, or in nearby streets if full. Enter the school by the main entrance off Rahsee Road. Toilets are available and there is indoor space available.
Since the school was used for an indoor event in 2019, in order to be fair to those who did not participate then, here is a pdf the map with the 2019 Hard Course.

Bear in mind:
- There are likely to be changes, including some rooms that were closed now open and vice-versa.
- Barriers are indicated by a purple line and must not be crossed. These are likely to be in a different position.
- The map will indicate by a purple arrow the compulsory direction of travel, if a corridor is designated as one way traffic only. There will be traffic wardens on hand to ensure compliance!
- The lights will generally be on in the school, but some areas may not be adequately lit so a torch, ideally a head torch, is strongly advised.

Booking for both the Indoor O and the meal will be on the same SiEntries page. Here you can select if you just want to attend the Indoor O, just the meal, or both. If you eating, you will also have to make your menu choice at this stage.
💰 If you opt for the meal the indoor run is free, so £20 adult and £8.50 child. If you can only come for the Indoor O, the cost to members is £5 senior, £3 Junior/student. For non-members it is £7/£4.
