WEE 5 WEE7 swap

Just a quick reminder to all that the venues for WEE 5 & 7 have swapped. Stormont for No.5 on the 5th June and UUJ for No.7 on the 19th. The more observant will have noticed this change was put up on the BOF (and hence master calendar) and the WEE website some time ago, but I somehow missed the LVO web page fixture list. We now have 18 LVO members entered for the Scottish Orienteering Champs for the club outing on Saturday 25 May. Entries close this Sunday 12 May so if you can join us just get you entry in! We have flexibility with 5 and 7 seater cars so we can fit you in to the car pool. International Selection for LVO Juniors

Congratulations! Three LVO juniors have been selected to represent the Irish Orienteering Association at the European Youth Orienteering Championships (EYOC) in Belarus this summer. M16 Daniel Earnshaw, W16 Meadow McCauley, M18 Andrew Elwood. Thanks are due to the organisers, planners, coaches, fund-raisers…bun-bakers and cake-stall organisers…, funders (LVO, NIOA, local councils), selectors, mappers, map printers, committee and parents who provided the opportunities for the athletes to reach this level.
