This Emergency Outdoor First Aid Course is certified for three years and assessed by continuous assessment over the 2 days. Both days must be attended to complete the course. The first Autumn adventure is happening in the wonderful sand dunes of Portstewart Strand on Sat 2 September. Our friends in NWOC are inviting us to enjoy fun running on the north coast. 🦂 Those of us who managed to get to Barnet’s on Wednesday found out that the August WEE Series had a bit of a sting in its tail – which I felt in in my legs when hopping through some nettles and brambles. More complex and physical terrain made for some tricky but fun courses.
