Torch, whistle and full body cover including a waterproof jacket is mandatory. Under MW16s need to be accompanied by an adult. Just a few reminders regarding the Night Champs event tomorrow evening: Registration, download: Registration and download will be based from a car in the car park. If you are ‘hiring’ a dibber or have any other requirements please report to registration. Starts: Start and finish are adjacent to the car park. ⏰Now that the clocks have changed and darkness comes earlier, Wednesday Evening Night Training starts this week with WENT 1 in Ormeau Park. Congregate in the main car park at 7.10pm for a 7.30pm mass start. There is a 45 min time limit so we should be comfortably clear by 8.30pm with controls in.
