Notice is given of LVO’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday 14 February at 1pm.
This meeting will be held in person after the morning’s Club Meet in Gosford Forest Park. The location is yet to be confirmed, but is expected to be same Education room as used for the 2024 AGM at Gosford.

Any member wishing to bring an item of business is requested to contact the Club Secretary.
In addition, during this meeting, we award The Steve McGibbon Trophy. This is the most prestigious Annual Club Award which is voted on by all members attending the AGM. This award is named in memory of a hugely respected orienteer and stalwart of Lagan Valley Orienteers, who sadly died in 2006 aged only 51.The trophy is not focussed on competition performance, rather the award is considered as recognition of the person/s thought to have provided the most outstanding contribution to the club’s affairs in the previous year.
Nominations, along with a supporting statement should also be sent to the Club Secretary. Nominations should be sent to the me by 7 February 2025 please.
