With the first colour event of the year coming up at Pomeroy the hCOW spreadsheet is being readied to receive the results from the technical difficulty 5 courses (brown, blue, green, short green for NICS and short blue, short green for Club colour events). A change this year is that last year’s finishing handicaps are being carried forward so points for regularity and for improvement (Regatta) can be collected at Pomeroy. Also note that points are awarded only to current members; joining late will retrospectively adjust your handicap but will not collect points. That means you have 2 things to do:
- Get your Pomeroy entry in – entries close on Sunday
- Make sure you have rejoined for 2023 – it takes several days for BOF to process membership applications so don’t delay.
