👍Whether competing or volunteering, the LVO Committee want the member experience to be as good as possible for everyone. The committee reviews past events and plans what programme and volunteer training we put on in the future. To help us with this review, starting this Autumn, I would like to trial the use of an Event Feedback Form.
⏰Sometimes we don’t have the time or the energy at the end of a run to give our thoughts. Or maybe you are not sure who to give feedback to. This short online form can be completed at any time for any event. In fact if you want to feed back on any previous events, you can do so now!
✅This online form will hopefully be an easy and accessible way to provide the opportunity for all participants to constructively feedback to event officials on the planning of the courses and organisation of the event.
➕➖Your feedback will be treated with confidentiality within the committee and both positive and negative points will be reflected on and used to improve the participant and volunteer experience.
👏When completing the form, please remember that all officials are volunteers who set aside considerable time and use their expertise to provide Orienteering activity for your leisure and pleasure.
