Still seeking if there is any interest to participate in the Score class at the Mourne Mountain Marathon on 11 Sep. Don’t let the word “marathon” put you off as this is a one day event lasting 6 hours starting at Attical between 09:00 and 10:00 You collect as many or as few controls as you wish. The minimum distance to the finish is 15km (or 9 miles).
Participation is in pairs, so please let me know by this weekend if you are interested, so we can suggest pairings before the closing date of Fri 3 Sep. Pairings could be those of equal running speed (or those who want to take it slow and walk) with the possibility of pairing novice navigators with more experienced.
