Note – we will be using the small room in the Forest Service building for registration and for the refreshments afterwards. Enter via the double gates into the courtyard. Early birds should find room to park in the courtyard; later comers may have to use the main car park. The courtyard will be signed.
After a cracking (but slightly poorly supported) WENT in Wallace Park last week (which caught even a few experienced orienteers on the wrong side of the fence!) the final WENT for 2016 will be run at Belvoir Forest on Wednesday 14 Dec. This will be your last chance to crack Snooker O and the planner (me!) has tried to make it all a tiny bit easier with a Christmas extra or 2, so if you fancy going for maximum points this is the one for you. Newcomer or expert – there is something there for you so do not be shy.
As this is the season finale we will be providing hot chocolate, coffee, mince pies, sausage rolls, sweeties and lots of spot prizes, so do come along (even if this is your first WENT!). So that we get the numbers for maps and catering (Mrs B is most anxious not to under cater) please let me know via the comments tab or publicity@niorienteering.org.uk or via the FB link if you plan to come. Bring something dry and warm to change into in case the weather finally lets us down. It would be good to get a bumper attendance of LVOers and guests to round off the year.

Registration opens at 7.00pm, start is at 7.30pm. Cost is £2 for members, £4 for guests. Just turn up and pay. Let me know if you are coming
