The last of the October training series will take place on Wed evening in Barnett Demesne. Meet at Malone House for a 7.00pm start. This week we will be putting together some of the earlier techniques and adding a bit of competitive edge. We will be using SI kit, too, so there will be added fun for all.
Next week we start with the WENT series, starting at Ormeau Park – meet by 7.20pm for a 7.30pm start. Details will follow.
