Event Description
WEST 4 will be back in Lady Dixon Park on Wed 28 September. We will bring the 3 previous skills sessions together and you will be practicing running your own race while ignoring others around you.
Meet in the top car park in plenty of time for a 6.30 pm start, prepared to run and navigate.
There is no charge for club members (this is all part of being in an orienteering club!). Non-members are very welcome but should come armed with £3 to cover the cost of map printing and equipment.
Please email the lead coach (Philip) at treasurer@niorienteering.org.uk or olivia@lvo.org.uk by lunch time on the day so that sufficient maps can be prepared. It would help the preparation if you would indicate whether you are experienced, relatively new or a complete novice.
