Event Description
For WEST 3 we will be back in Barnett Demesne on Wed 21 September. After a short warm up we will continue to develop the theme of thinking ahead and visualising routes and controls and put the skills into the context of racing. Come equipped to run (at your own pace) and navigate!
Meet in the Malone House carpark in time for a 6.30 pm start time.
There is no charge for club members (this is all part of being in an orienteering club!). Non-members are very welcome but should come armed with £3 to cover the cost of map printing and equipment.
Please email the lead coach (Philip) at treasurer@niorienteering.org.uk or olivia@lvo.org.uk by lunch time on the day so that sufficient maps can be prepared. It would help the preparation if you would indicate whether you are experienced, relatively new or a complete novice.
