Lagan Valley Orienteers invites you to the Tollymore Festival of Orienteering 2015
- Friday 19th June: Newcastle Urban Race
- Saturday 20th June: NI Colour Series 4 – Meelmore
- Saturday 20th June: TempO Competition – Tollymore
- Sunday 21st June: Club Score – Meelmore

Camping Available Thursday, Friday and Saturday at special rates at our dedicated orienteering event campsite in Tollymore Forest. This will be the location for the Temp O, the string course and the Barbeque.

Saturday PM – String course – adjacent to the Campsite. Don’t think that this is only for the youngest of the juniors – in previous years kids of all ages have had great fun with this – some displaying their competitive spirit by running multiple times to beat their time.
Saturday Evening – Barbeque and social. BBQ provided by the Mulberry Tree, Seaforde. Planned for 6.30p.m.
Sunday PM – Recover and relax in the warm sunshine at the event campsite. Met office have been requested to release some summer weather!
FAQs
Q: Is EOD available for each event and is there a difference in price for EOD against online entry?
A: YES EOD is available for all except the BBQ – need numbers to plan the food. Entry price is the same.
Q: When does online entry close?
A: Midnight Thursday 18th June
Q: Is it possible to pay for camping on arrival and if so to whom is it paid?
A: Yes – pay Gordon Stephens but better to do it online – book BBQ and camping together.
Q: Is it possible to buy BBQ tickets on the Saturday. If not when does the online ‘entry’ for the BBQ end?
A: No. Numbers are needed prior to the BBQ. Online booking for the BBQ ends Midnight Thursday 18th June

What are prices and closing date please? I can’t find them on the web site . Entry fees, camping, and BBQ. Does one have to enter for all three events? Thank you.

Online Entries closing date is Midnight Thurs 18th June. Camping can be paid for on the day to Gordon Stephens and entry on day is available for the fixtures. BBQ must be booked online and no tickets will be available on the day due to having to plan for numbers.

Online entries, camping fees and barbecue tickets coming very soon. The paperwork has been submitted to Fabian4, we are just waiting on them publishing. I will put a post on the home page of this site and on the LVO Facebook page when it is live.
