MESS 
Mournes Evening Summer Series Everyone welcome! Complete beginners, families, dogs, runners will all find a suitable course to enjoy.
For more experienced orienteers there will be longer and technically challenging courses on offer to help hone your fitness and map reading skills.
May ‘taster’ event: Thursday 25th May
Starts 1845-1945 from the main carpark, courses close 2030

Tollymore Forest Park – parking in the main carpark (£5)
4 courses on offer• Beginner course ∼2km easy navigation along paths
• Improver course ∼3km on paths, a little more challenging navigation
• Advanced course choices of Short Green (∼3.5km) / Short Blue (∼5km) / Short Brown (∼7km) with difficult navigation and significant route choices
There will be no SI timing or ‘dibbers’ required.
