Event Description
Meet at Malone Rugby Club for a 7pm start. Training will consist of a run out the Connswater Greenway to Orangefield Park where we will do some physical drills and laps of the Parkrun circuit.
Finish up with refreshments and a chat in the Daddy Winkers Bar at the rugby club.
Showers/changing rooms are also available if arranged in advance. As this is a new initiative we are gauging interest before making definite arrangements with the rugby club on changing rooms. Let us know your thoughts.
Note Malone RFC is off the Cregagh Road behind Iceland – nowhere near Malone House !!
