🧭 For our last Wednesday Evening Night Training activity of the year, we are in Ballymena for the first ever run on a brand new urban map of the town centre – thanks Stephen Gilmore. 🏃‍♀️ The difference about this activity is LVO are pitching themselves against the local running Club, Ballymena Runners – how will the speed and local knowledge of the runners compare with the nav skills of the orienteers – come along and find out! I subjected Emma and Sam to the usual long drive from Cairnryan, which enables me to take the tent and makes for a less stressful journey.
