Schools Orienteering Competition – Wonderful Volunteers required

As some of you will know, over the past few years I have been running a Schools Orienteering Competition in conjunction with Portadown College for students undertaking Orienteering as part of their GCSE PE.
This year the College have taken a step back to organise other events, so we have taken the step forward to take on the running of the whole event. This is currently the only GCSE PE Schools Competition in NI that meets the standards required for Assessment with proper Orange and Yellow Courses and thus we are keen to keep it going. However, in doing so, I need to staff the Event so if anyone is available on the morning and early afternoon of Thursday 6th November and could possibly help out it would be greatly appreciated. Nothing too onerous; just handing out and collecting dibbers, looking after the Start, and Finish procedures, possibly Download. I’m happy to cover mileage expenses, coffee, & cakes and will give a free entry to one of my Urban events for anyone who can assist.
If you are free and would like to help out please drop me a line to graeme@landmarkgeomatics.co.uk.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks in advance.
Graeme.
