The LVO AGM will be held online again this year on Thursday 30 March at 7.30pm.
📑Before we meet, we plan to send out the Financial report (thanks to Harry Bell our Treasurer and Alan Gartside who is doing the auditing of the accounts) and my Chairperson’s report. This will allow you time to reflect and maybe prompt questions. We may also have a report on the great stuff Steph is doing with our Juniors and also from Juls with all the Development work which goes on all year.
🤸♀️There has been lots happening the past year to report on. There are also exciting plans ahead, with you, the members, feeding into the club strategic plan and setting the direction for our club in the coming years. So, it would be great if you can join us – please put the date in your diary or calendar 📅
💻We have held this meeting online the last number of years and it has been quick (under an hour) but productive. If I was more organised I would have liked to have held an in person meeting but I’m not, so the committee have already started to think about and set things in place for our next general meeting.
👨👩👧👦It would be great to see a representation from all sections of our club, new members and juniors especially welcome, it will give you an idea of what’s going on and how you can contribute and fit in to the bigger plan.
👏I am extremely grateful for the work and friendship of the committee who do an amazing job with helping LVO thrive. The bimonthly Zoom committee meetings are very well attended. Between these meetings, subgroups work of certain areas of development and then these subgroups feedback on progress at the meetings. We are always looking for new members to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm and keep us on our toes. So, if you would like to contribute to the club in a committee capacity or as part of a subgroup, please have a chat with either myself or any committee member.
