Three courses available, Green (4.5km), Orange (3.1km) and Yellow (2.0km).

•Parking in public car park just to the south of Woodburn Presbyterian Church car park.
•The forest has some nice running but it is hard to link the good areas without a bit of brush, therefore full leg protection is advisable for the Green Course.
