Wednesday night’s training will look at ‘running and managing race pace’.
You need running kit/SI Dibber/pen. There will be dibbers available to borrow if you don’t have one.
This coaching is for all standards – Philip Baxter will be there to help adult novices and Greg McCann will be there for the more experienced.
Start time is 7.00pm. Meet at Malone House car park.
