| Notes/Courses | This week we will learning all about compasses. We will look at the different types of compasses there are. We will then do a series of exercises to understand how to set or orientate the map to north using a compass and how to follow a direction of travel arrow. We will look at what happens and what to do when there are obstacles in the way.
Finally we learn how to fold your map so that your compass fits neatly on top of it. |
