Thank you to those that have registered for the LVO (and anyone else that wants to come) Training Day at Parkanaur on Sun 23 Feb. To make this really worthwhile for the coaches and planners we are encouraging you all to come along, but we need to know who is coming so that we can prepare enough maps for the right levels of exercises. To register just email Philip (philip@niorienteering.org.uk) with your name, age class (M or W + age) and standard (current colour standard or novice). The sooner you email the better but by next Tuesday please.
The first Spring Cup race will be in Parkanaur on 30 Feb; the training is designed to reassure novices that they can (and should) take part as well as improving the performance of those with a bit of orienteering experience. Don’t miss out!
