 urse for everyone. Visit as many controls as possible within the time limi
 t. This activity has been extended to a maximum of 1 hour to locate 40 con
 trols. If you wish to run for a shorter length of time\, you can return to
  the finish at any stage. Controls are worth 10\, 20\, 30 or 40 points eac
 h\, with a maximum score of 1000points. Penalty of 10 points/minute for la
 teness.\n\n\nKit requirements\nHead torch – let us know beforehand if yo
 u need to borrow one.\n\n🧥👖 Hi-Viz clothing if possible. Please come
  appropriately dressed for the conditions. If cold\, layer up and consider
  bringing a hat\, gloves and buff and a waterproof jacket if wet.\n\nA Dib
 ber is not required.\n\nA Smartphone with the app MapRun loaded.\n\n\nPark
