DESCRIPTION:The fifth Wednesday Evening Night Training takes place at Botan
 ic Gardens.\n\nEntry: Please give Philip as much notice as possible so he 
 can arrange map printing - message on LVO Facebook page or email\, treasur
 er@niorienteering.org.uk. Deadline - Wednesday lunchtime at very latest. A
 lthough there will probably be a few extra maps printed off\, please do no
 t assume if you turn up on the night there will any spares for you if you 
 haven't let us know beforehand.\n\nCost: Free for club members. £3 for no
 n-members\n\nMeet: 7.15pm in Queens\, McClay Library carpark for a 7.30pm 
 sharp start.\n\nBring: Head torch. Whistle. Compass. Watch. Appropriate fu
 ll body cover for weather - warm and waterproof if necessary and preferabl
 y bright/reflective. Dibber - Dibbers can be borrowed for free but if lost
  a £30 replacement cost will be required. A sense of adventure and humour
