DESCRIPTION:We are back again in Lisburn for a Wednesday Evening Night Trai
 ning (WENT) activity and the second of three MapRun Score events\, this ti
 me on a different part of the Lisburn map. There will also not be any over
 lap with the Lisburn West NI Urban League event.\n\nEntry: A good quantity
  of maps are printed.If you give notice to Stephen Gilmore you have priori
 ty for a printed map\, by a message on LVO Facebook page or email\, secret
 ary@niorienteering.org.uk. If we run out of paper maps\, the map on the ph
 one is also available.\n\nCost: Free for club members. £3 for non-members
  (exact change please!)\n\nMeet: 7.15pm at Ground Coffee (TK Maxx) carpark
 \, Lagan Bank Road for a 7.30pm sharp start.There will be a short walk to 
 the start\, so please assemble by 7.15pm. \n\nGround Coffee stays open un
 til 9pm\, with last orders at 8.45pm.\n\nBring: Phone with MapRun6 app ins
 talled with phone carrier or zip pocket (or Garmin watch with MapRunG). Ma
 ke sure they are fully charged. The phone can be put into airplane mode on
 ce the course is downloaded. The course "Lisburn WENT East..." is availabl
 e in the app in the folder UK&gt\;Northern Ireland&gt\;Co Antrim\, but wil
 l be PIN proteted until 8.00pm. The PIN will be announced at the start. Th
 ere are some useful videos on Facebook explaining how to use MapRun6 and M
 apRunG. Aslo remember a Head torch\, Bright/reflective clothing appropria
 te for weather - warm and waterproof if necessary\, a whistle\, a compass

 ining\n\nSafety: For safety and insurance reasons\, Juniors under 16 are n
 ot allowed to participate in MapRun Urban courses unless accompanied by an
  adult. Singnalled crossings on busy roads are marked with a purple crossi
 ng point symbol and should be used. Terrain will be 90+% paved\, so traini
 ng shoes with a good grip are recommended.
