 Training is a mid-weekly session during the colder\, darker months of Nove

 o enter complete this short Online Form\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight
  Monday 25 November 2024\n\n\nStart Times\nBe warmed up and ready to start
  at 7.30pm. Finish about 8.30pm.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 WENTs are free for membe
 rs of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland. Non-members are also welcome to
  attend any of our activities and events but there is a £3 fee for this a
 ctivity.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nUrban - streets and some roads with busy tr
 affic. Most pedestrian road crossings will be marked on map. Please follow
  highway code Give way to other pedestrians and road users.\n\n\nPrevious

 lect in any order in 45 minutes. Controls are worth 10-40 points with a 10
  point per minute penalty for lateness. Max score 800 points.\n\nOptimal r
 oute is approximately 8km.\n\n\nKit requirements\nHead torch – let us kn
 ow beforehand if you need to borrow one.\n\nCompass - can be borrowed if n
 ecessary.\n\nA dibber is not required.\n\nA Smartphone with the app MapRun
