DESCRIPTION:Lisburn is the location for the second of seven Wednesday Eveni
 ng Night Training (WENT) activities in a Series over November &amp\; Decem
 ber and the first of three MapRun Score events in Lisburn.\n\nEntry: A goo
 d quantity of maps are printed.If you give notice to Stephen Gilmore you h
 ave priority for a printed map\, by a message on LVO Facebook page or emai
 l\, secretary@niorienteering.org.uk. If we run out of paper maps\, the map
  on the phone is also available.\n\nCost: Free for club members. £3 for n
 on-members. Please bring exact change if you are not a member\, but even b
 etter just join the club. 2023 membership is now open\, so if you join now
  you are a member until 31 December 2023. You can join on line at About us
 &gt\;Join us.\n\nMeet: 7.15pm at Ground Coffee (TK Maxx) carpark\, Lagan B
 ank Road\, Lisburn\, BT28 1XZ for a 7.30pm sharp start. There will be a sh
 ort walk to the start\, so please assemble by 7.15pm.\n\nGround Coffee st
 ays open until 9pm\, with last orders at 8.45pm.\n\nBring: Phone with MapR
 un6 app installed with phone carrier or zip pocket (or Garmin watch with M
 apRunG). Make sure they are fully charged. The phone can be put into airpl
 ane mode once the course is downloaded. The course "Lisburn WENT East..." 
 is available in the app in the folder UK&gt\;Northern Ireland&gt\;Co Antri
 m\, but will be PIN proteted until 8.00pm. The PIN will be announced at th
 e start. There are some useful videos on Facebook explaining how to use Ma
 pRun6 and MapRunG. Aslo remember a Head torch\, Bright/reflective clothin
 g appropriate for weather - warm and waterproof if necessary\, a whistle\,

 e reasons\, Juniors under 16 are not allowed to participate in MapRun Urba
 n courses unless accompanied by an adult. Singnalled crossings on busy roa
 ds are marked with a purple crossing point symbol and should be used. Terr
 ain will be 90+% paved\, so training shoes with a good grip are recommende
 d.
