 \nEvent Format\nWednesday Evening Night Trainings (WENTs) are a series of 
 seven mid-weekly sessions during the colder\, darker months of November an
 d December. This is the 2nd in the series.\n\nThis week is MapRun week.\n\
 n\nEntry/Registration\nTo enter complete this short Online Form\n\n\nRegis
 tration closes\n Midnight Monday 11 November 2024\n\n\nStart Times\nBe wa
 rmed up and ready to start at 7.30pm at Ground Coffee. Finish about 8.30pm
 . Please be on time as the start location is a short jog away\, for a mass
  start. The finish is also a short jog back to Ground Coffee. Please avail
  of refreshments in Ground Coffee.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 WENTs are free for mem
 bers of LVO\, NI Orienteering and Orienteering Ireland.\n\nNon-members are
  also welcome to attend any of our activities and events\, but there is a 
 £3 fee for this activity. Alternatively seniors can join our club LVO for
  only £10 for the rest of 2024 - perfect if you're planning on coming to

 The course is a 45minute Score - collect as many controls as you can in 45
 mins. Each control is worth 20 points with a 10 point penalty per minute o
 r part minute over 45 minutes.\n\nAs this is an urban area\, juniors who h
 ave not yet reached their 16th birthday must be closely accompanied by a r
 esponsible adult at all times.\n\nThe Highway Code must be obeyed.\n\n\nKi
 t requirements\n🧥👖 Hi-Viz clothing if possible. Waterproof jacket\, 
 full body cover and whistle mandatory.\n\nHead torch – let us know befor
 ehand if you need to borrow one.\n\nPlease come appropriately dressed for 
 the conditions. If cold\, layer up and consider a hat\, gloves and buff.\n
