 own - Ulster University Campus\n\n\nEvent Format\nWednesday Evening Night 
 Training is a mid-weekly session during the colder\, darker months of Nove
 mber and December.\n\nThe activity will have a 45 minute time limit with p
 articipants starting and finishing at the same time.\n\nThe plan is to hav
 e hot refreshments available afterwards.\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nOnline r

 5\n\nFor all WENTs\, entries close at midnight on the Monday before the ev
 ent to allow for printing.\n\n\nStart Times\nBe warmed up and ready to sta
 rt at 7.30pm. Finish about 8.30pm.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 WENTs are free for mem
 bers of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland. Non-members are also welcome 
 to attend any of our activities and events but there is a £5 fee for this
  activity.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nUniversity campus grounds and urban terra
 in. Approximately 80% hard surface 20% grass. So running shoes are probabl

 dominantly within the UUJ Campus\, but there may be optional controls plac
 ed outside the campus grounds for over16s.\n\nAs the grounds have quiet ac
 cess roads with traffic management\, U16s are allowed to participate witho
 ut supervision.\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Hi-Viz clothing if possibl
 e. Waterproof jacket and whistle mandatory.\n\nHead torch – let us know 
 beforehand if you need to borrow one.\n\nDibber – these can also be borr
 owed.\n\nPlease come appropriately dressed for the conditions. If cold\, l
 ayer up and consider a hat\, gloves and buff.\n\n\nParking\nUniversity Car
