SUMMARY:WEE9 Botanic Gardens/QUB
DESCRIPTION:WEE are back!\n\nAfter a break in July the first WEE in August 
 will be held at Botanic Gardens/Queens.\n\nJunior and first time Planner\,
  Anastasia Mahlych\, with help from Junior Coach Steph Pruzina\, will have
  a couple of great courses to welcome us back.\n\nWelcome: As well as club
  members\, we welcome everyone including newcomers. There will be someone 
 available at registration to help newcomers with any questions or queries.
 \n\nTerrain: The terrain is very flat\, so basically no climb and a mix of
  grass and hard surface.\n\nParking: is at the QUB PEC car park on Stranmi
 llis Embankment (not the Clay Library).\n\nProvisional course details:\n\n
 Short ~ 2.5km\n\nLong ~ 4.5km\n\nParking: TBC\n\nFacilities: TBC\n\nEntry:
  is online using SiEntries. The first time you enter online you need to re
 gister with SiEntries (enter an email and a password) after which they wil
 l send you a link to log in and should be straightforward.\n\nTo enter any
  or all of the August WEE series click on the link below\n\n\n\nEntry on D
 ay (EOD) is possible but members will be charged non-members fee. So to en
 sure a map is reserved and save £2\, enter online before midnight of Sund
 ay before the event.\n\nSafety: Please be aware of\, and be courteous to\,
  other park users. Both the Short and the Long course may cross or run alo
 ng service roads and footpaths. Courses will close at 8.30pm and the contr
 ols will be lifted after that time and you will be searching for something
  that isn't there any more! So\, if you are still out on the course at tha
 t time please report to download so that we know you aren't missing.\n\nDo
  not attend if you have Covid or are displaying Covid symptoms and at the 
 event keep good control measures such as hand hygiene and social distancin
