 gor\n\n\nEvent Format\nThe Wednesday Evening Event (WEE) Series consists o
 f eight races throughout May and June and some extra ones in August.\n\nTh
 e WEE series is a great introduction if you are new to the sport\, or a va
 luable training opportunity if you are already a dab hand. For those who t
 hrive on competition we also have something for you\, with the WEE series

 rd (dibber) if required\, but lost cards (dibbers) are charged at £30.\n\

 **A family charge is for two seniors and one junior. Additional juniors go

 ent to use this map.\n\n\nCourse Notes\nLong Course – approx. 4km\n\nSho
 rt Course – approx. 2km\n\nNote: as a result of busy road crossings\, un
 der16 juniors are not permitted to complete the long course\, without acco
 mpaniment by an over16. We are sorry\, but this is due to safety\, regulat
 ions and insurance.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nWatch out for other park us
 ers.\n\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at
  registration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait
 .\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring an
 d carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s
 .\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and 
 get further help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the cours
 e who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to down
 load\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all
  competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close an
 d controls collected in at 8.30pm sharp. If you are still out on the cours
 e at this time return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit require
 ments\nFull leg cover is recommended to protect against summer growth of b
 riers and nettles.\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if the org
 anisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one along just in case.
 \n\nDogs are permitted in the carpark and on the course\, however common s
 ense control of dogs applies.\n\n\nParking\nCarpark at south end of Ward P
 ark\, off the Gransha Road.\nAssembly will be adjacent to the carpark.Need
