 ght races throughout May and June.\n\nThe WEE series is a great introducti
 on if you are new to the sport\, or a valuable training opportunity if you
  are already a dab hand. For those who thrive on competition we also have

 nLong Course – approx 4km\n\nShort Course – approx 2km\n\n\nFirst Aid 
 and Safety\nWatch out for other park users.\n\nThere will be a first aid a
 nd a qualified first aider available at registration. Registration is also
  a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the even
 t if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you might ne
 ed\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured 
 or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely
  be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\
 n\nAll participants must return to download\, whether they complete the co
 urse or not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’
 s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 3pm shar
 p. If you are still out on the course at this time return to finish and do
 wnload immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull leg cover is recommended t
 o protect against summer growth of briers and nettles.\n\nA waterproof jac
 ket may also be mandatory if the organisers decide the weather requires on
 e\, so bring one along just in case.\n\nDogs are permitted in the carpark 
 and on the course\, however common sense control of dogs applies.\n\n\nPar
 king\nParking will be at the (usual) upper car park.  This is the norther
 n-most one\, and the first one on the RHS side as you heading out of Belfa
 st.  Parking is free.\n\nNeed a ride to the event? Join our WhatsApp car 
 share group and request a lift (LVO members only).\n\n\nToilets\nToilets a
 re by the Japanese Garden\, a few minutes away along the main walking path
  towards Wilmont House from the car park. They are stated as being open un
 til dusk.\n\n\n
