 ning Event no.6 will be held at Lady Dixon park. Courses planned by Anasta
 siia Mahlych\, who has put in lots of nice route choice options.\n\nNewcom
 ers are very welcome – don’t hesitate to visit registration where expe
 rienced orienteers will be happy to answer queries and give advice!\n\nReg
 istration/download will be in the upper carpark. If you have pre-entered a
 nd have an SI card you can proceed to the signposted start. If you need to
  hire/change a card please find registration.\n\nRegistration open from 6.
 15PM. Starts from 6.30PM -&gt\; 7.30PM.\n\nCourses close at 8.30pm sharp.\
 nVehicle parking\nIn Upper Car park.\nCourses &amp\; Terrain\nLong course 
 - 3.6 km\, 80m climb\, 13 controls.\n\nShort course - 2 km\, 50m climb\, 1
 2 controls.\n\nThese are straight line distances\, estimated additional 10
 -20% for an optimal running route.\n\nLady Dixon mainly consists of open g
 rassland and forested areas\, with gravel and tarmac paths. The ground can
  feature the occasional marsh and muddy patch. Be prepared for a not-insig
 nificant ascent over the three main hills. Trail shoes with/without studs 
 are recommended and so is full leg cover.\n\nControls will be SIAC enabled
  with punching start/finish.\nEntry\nPrices – SENIOR £5 (member)\, £7 
 (non-member)    |    JUNIOR £3 (mem/non-mem)\n\nThe max charge to en
 ter as a family is £13 (non-members £17).\n\nSI card hire is free.\n\n 
      \nSafety\nBe aware of cars and other pedestrians: both courses m
 ay cross internal roads\, though these are unlikely to have any vehicles. 
 Do not cross any water features outlined in solid black. Full leg cover. C
 ourses close (&amp\; control collectors will be dispatched) at 8:30 pm sha
 rp\, after which time competitors must report to download so that we don't
  spend time looking for you. If you think you will take &gt\;1 hr book an 
 earlier start time!\nCovid-19\nThere are currently no Covid restrictions f
 or events however we would ask that participants continue to apply common 
 sense to limit the spread of infections.
