WEE 10 – Craigavon Lakes
Entry – Participants will need to pre-enter – see SiEntries
The car park being used is the Civic Centre Car Park. The start is along the lake promenade in front of the Civic Centre, accessed via a gate at the bottom of the car park.
The event is pre-entry only so if you have registered your dibber please go straight to the start for your booked time slot. If you need to borrow a dibber or make a change you will find the Registration Car nearby.
There will be two courses:
Short 2.7 km,
Long 5.9 km
The long course will have one major road crossing (it has an island in the middle and shouldn’t be too busy at that time of night). Both courses are largely urban terrain so runners need to take care in consideration of traffic, especially around the shopping centre area. Children should be accompanied.
It’s up to the runner if they want to wear full leg cover or not, as there is only a very small area of the map being used that is a bit overgrown (long course only).
