 on if you are new to the sport\, or a valuable training opportunity if you
  are already a dab hand. For those who thrive on competition we also have

 km\n\nShort Course – approx 2km\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nWatch out for
  other park users.\n\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aide
 r available at registration. Registration is also a safe place for lost ch
 ildren to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nP
 lease bring and carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers 
 and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, please st
 op\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified first aider
 s on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must 
 return to download\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to a
 ccount for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses
  will close and controls collected in at 8.30 pm sharp. If you are still o
 ut on the course at this time return to finish and download immediately.\n
 \n\nKit requirements\nFull leg cover is recommended to protect against sum
 mer growth of briers and nettles.\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be manda
 tory if the organisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one alon
 g just in case.\n\nDogs are permitted in the carpark and on the course\, h
