 e.\n\nPlease note: Participants who are not members of British Orienteerin
 g or of another orienteering federation are not covered by British Oriente
 ering’s public liability insurance. You are welcome to enter this event\
 , but please understand that you are taking part at your own risk. For exa
 mple\, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage
  property during the event\, you would not be covered. Members of Orientee
 ring Ireland are covered by British Orienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerrain

 	Short – km + m climb TBC – Suitable for unaccompanied juniors under t
 he age of 16.\n 	Medium – km + m climb TBC\n 	Long – km + m climb TBC\
 n\nFor the Northern Ireland Urban League\, competitors may enter any cours
 e they wish (with under 16s restricted to the Short course). The scoring s
 ystem for the league takes account of age class and gender and is explaine
 d here.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use footpaths 
 when possible. The short course is suitable for Juniors as it does not inv
 olve road crossings or areas where there is likely to concerns over vehicl
 e traffic. Due to the nature of the longer courses\, juniors aged under 16
  on the day are restricted to the Short course unless accompanied by an ad
 ult.\n\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at
  registration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait
 .\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and c
 arry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n
 \nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get
  further help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course w
 ho can stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to downloa
 d\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all co
 mpetitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and c
 ontrols collected in at 8pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at t
 his time return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\
 nShorts and running vests are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes a
 nd metal dobs are not allowed. It can be muddy in places and therefore sho
