 and Urban League\, competitors may enter any course they wish (with under 
 16s restricted to the Short course). The scoring system for the league tak

 care on all roads\, use footpaths when possible. Only short course is suit
 able for juniors as it does not involve road crossings or areas where ther
 e is likely to concerns over vehicle traffic. Due to the nature of the lon
 ger courses\, there are age restrictions in place.\n\nThere will be first 
 aid and a qualified first aider available at registration. If you come acr
 oss an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. Th
 ere will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to pr
 ovide support. Please do not come to the event if you are unwell. Please b
 ring and carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and Epi
 Pen’s.\n\nPlease take a note of the course closure time. If you are stil
 l out on the course at this time return to finish and download immediately
 . All participants must return to download\, whether they complete the cou
 rse or not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s
  safe return.\n\nRegistration is a safe place for lost children to wait.\n
 \n\nKit requirements\n\n\n 	Shorts and running vests are permitted for thi
 s race.\n 	Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not allowed. It can be mud
 dy in places and therefore shoes with some grip would be appropriate.\n 	A
  waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if the organisers decide the weat
