There aren't many canals around but there are several bridges and underpasses to give you p lenty to ponder when choosing your routes\, and you know me.\n\n\n\n\n🏡 Terrain: A mix of urban estates with many paths\, retail areas\, and open parkland.\n\n\n\n\n🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️Course lengths:\n\n\nProvisio nal lengths subject to final checks\, Long 8k\, Medium 5.5k and Short 2.1k .These are optimal lengths\, so the shortest distance if you choose all th e correct route choices. The Short Course is designed with juniors (Under 16s) in mind - there are no road crossings. The Medium Course should only encounter light estate traffic. All under 16's wishing to do the Medium or Open Course must be accompanied by an adult.\n\nParking and facilities:\n 🅿Parking – Parking will be at the Drumgor Youth Centre\, Drumgor Heig hts\, Craigavon\, BT65 5BW.\n\n\n🚻 Public toilets - there are NO public toilets at the Car Park. The nearest Public Toilets are located at Rushme re Shopping Centre.\n🍴Other facilities – The Drumgor Centre incorpora tes a shop and Tavern should you wish to have a coffee or pint afterwards. \n\n\n\n🐕‍🦺Dogs are allowed but must be on a lead.\nEntries:\n💻 Online entries are open on SiEntries and will close at midnight on Friday 28th October.\n\n\n\n\n\n Juniors £4 (NIOA /BOF/IOA members £3)\n Full -time Student £4 (NIOA /BOF/IOA members £3)\n Seniors £9 (NIOA /BOF/IO A members £7)\n There will be limited entry on the day but members will be charged the non-member price.\n\n\n\n✅Registration\, Start\, Finish a nd Download will all be situated adjacent to the car park.\nStarts are fro m 2.00pm – 3.00pm. If you have entered online and have your own dibber\, you may proceed directly to the start.\nCourses will close at 4.30pm.\n\n 👋New to orienteering?\n\n\nDon’t worry there will be someone at regis tration and the start to welcome you and answer any questions. Say hi to t he person on registration where you will pick up a dibber/SI card (electro nic timing device) then go to start where you will pick up a map and off y ou go!\n\nYou are free to go round the course on your own\, as a pair or a group/family unit.
