  family of individual runners and it comes to more than £20 (£30 for non
 -members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the in
 dividual Senior\, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of 
 the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.\n\nPlease note: Par
 ticipants who are not members of British Orienteering or of another orient
 eering federation are not covered by British Orienteering’s public liabi
 lity insurance. You are welcome to enter this event\, but please understan
 d that you are taking part at your own risk. For example\, if you were to 
 accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the e
 vent\, you would not be covered. Members of Orienteering Ireland are cover

 b TBC – Suitable for unaccompanied juniors under the age of 16.\n 	Mediu
 m – km + m climb TBC\n 	Long – km + m climb TBC\n\nFor the Northern Ir
 eland Urban League\, competitors may enter any course they wish (with unde
 r 16s restricted to the Short course). The scoring system for the league t
 akes account of age class and gender and is explained here.\n\n\nFirst Aid
  and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use footpaths when possible. The sho
 rt course is suitable for Juniors as it does not involve road crossings or
  areas where there is likely to concerns over vehicle traffic. Due to the 
 nature of the longer courses\, juniors aged under 16 on the day are restri
 cted to the Short course unless accompanied by an adult.\n\nThere will be 
 a first aid and a qualified first aider available at registration. Registr
 ation is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not com
 e to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication yo
 u might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across a
 n injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There w
 ill likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide
  support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whether they compl
 ete the course or not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring e
 veryone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in a
 t 8pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this time return to fin
 ish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and running ve
 sts are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not 
 allowed. It can be muddy in places and therefore shoes with some grip woul
